I got a flat tyre (puncture), it’s a custom wheel and the only thing I could do was find.a replace tyre (long story)…. but the tyre was not common in normal stores and could not get one. I called Phat Tyres and they took the time to look the tyre numbers up and confirmed they had it. I needed to take my wheel and tyre in an Uber to reach them. They replaced the bad tyre with the good tyre immediately…. AND THEN…. drive me back to my car. That’s such great service. It’s the kind of experience you just don’t expect these days (sadly). I didn’t spend much money with them, but they looked after me like I was a VIP customer. If you want new tyres or wheels…. Remember these products have high parity, but service is always unique.
