I had a run of bad experiences with mechanics before coming to Phat - originally for new wheels and then for mechanical work - and the friendly service and expert advice has kept me coming back, even with a change of ownership a couple of years ago!  Chris is always fantastic to deal with, always happy to do the little things to help out, is accommodating in "emergencies" and is always very reasonably priced. After many many years, I finally have a reliable, trustworthiness affordable mechanic, and that is a HUGE deal to me as a single woman!
